OUR FIRST VISIT
To ensure the highest level of care and personalized treatment plans, all new clients are now required to schedule a consultation prior to receiving any services.

This allows us to better understand your goals, review your medical history, and recommend the safest and most effective options tailored just for you

If you book a service without first booking a consultation, your appointment will be cancelled.
​
There is a $100 non-refundable consultation fee, which will be credited toward your service if booked within 30 days.
TRAVEL POLICY
Dermal filler treatments will not be performed within five days of planned travel, as clients must be available to return for an in-person follow-up if any concerns arise.
LATE POLICY
If you arrive later than your scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment. However, to avoid delays for other guests, your service time may be shortened—and will still be charged at full value.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
No-call, no-show appointments will be charged in full for the services booked. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of your appointment.
VISITOR POLICY
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we are unable to accommodate guests or visitors—including children—in the treatment area.
