OUR FIRST VISIT
All required forms and consents will need to be signed prior to receiving any services. This will be done in office. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your appointment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule.
After any service, you must not travel for 2 weeks due to follow up and safety concerns.
If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
If you do a no-call, no-show for your appointment you will be charged in full for the services you had booked. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
Clients must be 22 years of age or older to receive treatments. Valid identification is required.
We are unable to accommodate guests/visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area, including children.
