OUR FIRST VISIT
All required forms and consents will need to be signed prior to receiving any services. This will be done in office. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your appointment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule.
TRAVEL POLICY
Dermal filler treatments will not be performed within one week of traveling, as clients must be able to return for an in person follow-up should concerns arise.
LATE POLICY
If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
If you do a no-call, no-show for your appointment you will be charged in full for the services you had booked. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments. Valid identification is required.
VISITOR POLICY
We are unable to accommodate guests/visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area, including children.

We strive to exceed our clients needs. We believe that suggesting products best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our client’s right to know policy advises each client on the products and techniques best suited to maximize the benefits of their service.
